Fenders, radiator supports and other large panels ship by truck freight. When freight is delivered, what you do at the door decides whether we can replace a damaged part.
Check before you sign
Open the packaging and look over the part before you sign the delivery ticket. Have your tracking number handy. If a part is damaged, refuse the shipment. The freight company will contact us and we can replace the merchandise.
If you accept a damaged freight shipment, we are not able to replace it. That is why the check at the door matters.
What counts as damage
Cracks, crushed corners and broken packaging are damage. Minor dings, scratches and similar small imperfections on metal parts are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
Mixed orders
If any item in your order is truck freight, the entire order ships by freight. If you want smaller items sooner, place them in a separate order.
